Pre-order Policy

 

All pre-order sales are final and cannot be cancelled once the FOC (final order cutoff) date has passed.

The benefit of purchasing pre order items is that you will secure your item without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.

The Season 1 collection is scheduled to begin shipping orders to customers October15, 2023.

When you pre-order an item, you are authorizing SportSaints to special order an item for you and charge your credit card. Placing a preorder is committing to purchasing that item as any pre-order items must be special ordered and locked in with our distributor specifically on your behalf.  

Pre-order items can be cancelled up until the FOC (final order cutoff) date, however after that time the order is locked in with our distributor and cannot be cancelled.  The final cut off date for the Season 1 collection is June 30th 2023.

SportSaints is not held liable for any delays that may occur if you wish to preorder an item.

If you would like to cancel a preorder after the FOC we will refund in the form of store credit only.

Due to the tentative nature of pre-orders, all release dates listed are subject to change and cannot be guaranteed. In the event of any delays we will attempt to get updated release information, and will get that information updated on our site for your records as soon as updates are received.
