Thank you to everyone who supported our pre-order event! 

 

All orders will be processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after we receive the pre-order shipment from our supplier. We'll send you another notification as soon as your order is shipped.

To help you keep track of your order, we'll also send you an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to see where your shipment is. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the time outlined in your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@SportSaints.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please note that our trusted third-party logistics partner, ShipBots (3PL), will fulfill all orders placed on our website. This means that your order will be processed, packed, and shipped by ShipBots. We've partnered with ShipBots to ensure that your order is fulfilled efficiently while maintaining the highest level of quality. Rest assured that your order is in good hands and will be delivered to your doorstep in a timely manner.

Once ShipBots receives the pre-order shipment from our supplier, the processing time at their facility will be 3 business days ("Standard Receiving"). When we place a pre-order with our supplier, we consider the shipment as "received" as soon as ShipBots processes it in their facility, rather than when it is physically received. After processing, the shipment will be ready to be shipped to you in about 3 business days. We call this "Standard Receiving."

The product you're pre-ordering is not currently available for delivery. The moment of delivery is when ShipBots receives and processes the product. Please note the following ordering and shipping information for Drop 1 and Drop 2

  • The Season 1 collection, "Drop 1," is now closed for orders placed by July 28, 2023, 11:59pm PST. Delivery is scheduled to begin by November 15, 2023.
  • The Season 1 collection, "Drop 2," is open for orders placed by December 15, 2023, 11:59pm PST. Delivery will begin in Spring 2023, with the exact date to be announced soon.

Please note that we'll make every effort to begin shipping your order as soon as possible. However, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as technical problems with the shipping company, natural disasters, customs clearing, and other unforeseen events. As a result, any estimated time of delivery (ETD) is subject to change, and we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to deliver your order by the estimated date. If there's a delay in the delivery schedule, we'll provide you with periodic updates.

We reserve the right to change the third-party logistics (3PL) shipping provider at our discretion.

Please note that pre-orders are non-transferable. Orders will be shipped directly to the person and address specified in the order form to protect our clients' privacy and security.

Return policy

At SPORTSAINTS, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for up to 14 days after the item(s) has been received by the customer with a 5% restocking fee. 

As the collection is currently pre-order only, SPORTSAINTS will offer returns in a form of a store credit.

Customer is responsible for return shipment. SportSaints does not provide a return shipping label or reimburse the customer for the cost of the return shipment.

Any item(s) eligible for return must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the shoe bag and shoe horn. We recommend trying on shoes indoors on a clean surface. Any items that are clearly worn will not be accepted and a store credit will not be issued. SportSaints reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

We will issue you store credit, excluding any discounts, shipping & route package protection charges. Please allow 10-15 business days for store credit to be issued.
