Cancellation policy

Pre-order items can be cancelled up until the FOC (final order cutoff) date, however after that time the order is locked in with our distributor and cannot be cancelled.  Please note the following FOCs 

  • The Season 1 collection, "Drop 1," is now closed for orders placed by July 28, 2023, 11:59pm PST. Delivery is scheduled to begin by November 15, 2023.
  • The Season 1 collection, "Drop 2," is open for orders placed by December 15, 2023, 11:59pm PST. Delivery will begin in Spring 2023, with the exact date to be announced soon.

So please take extra care when placing your order.

Return policy

At SPORTSAINTS, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns for up to 14 days after the item(s) has been received by the customer with a 5% restocking fee. 

As the collection is currently pre-order only, SPORTSAINTS will offer store credit for any returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipment. SportSaints does not provide a return shipping label or reimburse the customer for the cost of the return shipment.

Any item(s) eligible for return must be unworn, in the original packaging, with the shoe bag and shoe horn. We recommend trying on shoes indoors on a clean surface. Any items that are clearly worn will not be accepted and a store credit will not be issued. SportSaints reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.

We will then process a store credit, excluding any discounts, shipping & route package protection charges. Please allow 10-15 business days for the store credit to be issued.

No refunds on order cancellations.  So please take extra care when placing your order.
